Chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq has announced the Pakistan Cricket Team squad for the World Cup.
While holding a press conference in Lahore, Inzamam-ul-Haq also explained the reason for not including fast bowler Naseem Shah in the squad.
Inzamam-ul-Haq said that Naseem Shah has been asked for shoulder surgery after medical examination and consultation with eminent experts.
The chief selector said that it is expected that Naseem Shah will take four months to fully recover.
Inzamam-ul-Haq said that we have had to make only one change which is unfortunately related to Naseem Shah’s injury.
It should be noted that Hasan Ali has been included in the World Cup squad instead of Naseem Shah.
