Lahore: Former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was handed over to the police for a day by a local court in Lahore.
On behalf of anti-corruption, Chaudhry Parvez Elahi was presented in District Kachhari. Magistrate Rekhanul Hasan pronounced the reserved verdict after the arguments on the case were over.
During the hearing, Parvez Elahi’s lawyer requested the court to discharge the case.
The police officers brought Parvez Elahi out of the courtroom.
