Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) has developed a strategy related to drugs missing from the market.
According to the sources, action will be taken on the disappearance of drugs for life-threatening diseases under the prepared strategy.
The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan has asked that alternative brands of rare drugs should be made available in the market soon and registration of new drugs for life-threatening diseases should be expedited.
According to sources, applications for registration of cancer and diabetes drugs are under consideration.
Sources also said that work has been started on applications for registration of heart disease drugs and vaccines.
