Karachi: A father and son were killed by robbers in Kurangi No. 2 area of Shahr Quaid.
According to Zaman Town Police, a shooting incident took place inside the Prince Book Stall located in Korangi No. 2, in which 70-year-old Muhammad Hussain and 37-year-old son Asad Hussain were seriously injured and died while being shifted to the hospital.
Eyewitness Fahad said that three robbers came to the shop, two of them entered inside and one remained standing outside. When they tried to snatch the box, Muhammad Bhai resisted and meanwhile Asad Bhai also moved forward, the robbers Shot at Aba (Muhammad Hussain).
At the same time, another dacoit standing in the shop opened fire which hit Asad and then both fell on the ground and then the dacoit snatched the box and escaped.
The CCTV footage of the said incident has also come out in which the robbers can be seen firing on resistance and the father and son getting injured.
After the incident, the enraged residents of the area protested and blocked the road by setting fire and demanded the immediate arrest of the killers from the police.
