Karachi: Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Ahmed Ali Shaikh has converted 10 accountability courts of the province into special courts.
After the court decision, the Registrar Sindh High Court also issued a notification regarding the Special Courts. The Registrar Sindh High Court also wrote a letter to the Ministry of Law and Justice.
According to the notification, 10 accountability courts of Sindh have been converted into Banking, Special Court Customs, Special Courts and Anti-Narcotics Courts. 5 accountability courts of Karachi have been converted into special courts while 2 accountability courts of Hyderabad have been converted into banking courts. Similarly, each court in Dadu and Mirpur Khas was converted into a special court.
3 Accountability Courts of Sukkur have been converted into Banking Court Ghotki, Shaheed Benazirabad and Special Court Sukkur.
