The Supreme Court disposed of Ranathana's bail plea

Lahore High Court has canceled the inquiry against Rana Sanaullah, NAB

Islamabad: The Supreme Court disposed of the NAB application for canceling the bail of Muslim League-N leader Ranasthanaullah.

A bench consisting of Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Athar Minullah heard the NAB’s application for canceling the bail of former Interior Minister Ranathanaullah.

The NAB lawyer appeared in the court and said that the Lahore High Court has declared the inquiry against Rana Sanaullah null and void.

On this reply of NAB, the Supreme Court dismissed the application as ineffective.

NAB had filed an application for cancellation of bail against Rana Sanaullah on the charge of assets in excess of income.

It should be noted that two days ago, the Supreme Court also rejected Maryam Nawaz’s bail request in the Sugar Mills case.
