Caretaker Home Minister Sindh Brigadier Retired Haris Nawaz and Sindh Home Secretary visited Central Police Office Karachi.
According to the spokesman, the IG Sindh and other senior police officers welcomed the CPO on his arrival.
On this occasion, DIGSPU gave a briefing on CPEC and non-CPEC projects. Chinese experts associated with the project also spoke about the security of the staff.
Meanwhile, he also drew attention to the police recruitment process in SPU.
Sindh Interior Minister directed that recruitment should be done as soon as possible on the basis of merit and ability in SPU.
He further said that the enemies do not want the country to move towards prosperity and development. The security of Chinese residents should be made foolproof.
IG Sindh said that through close monitoring and effective strategy, the security of the Chinese is exceptional.
Later, Interior Minister and Interior Secretary Sindh also visited the Central Command and Control Center established at CPO.
DIG Headquarters Sindh AIGs, Welfare, Logistics and IT were also present on this occasion.
