Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) expressed no confidence in the Islamabad High Court.
In this regard, Chairman PTI approached the Supreme Court against the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court.
The petition has been filed by chairman PTI’s lawyer Latif Khosa.
The petition has been filed under Article 186A of the Constitution.
The request states that all my cases should be transferred from Islamabad High Court to Lahore or Peshawar High Court, all inquiries and trials against me should also be transferred from Islamabad High Court.
The former Prime Minister has requested that the Islamabad High Court be stopped from hearing all my cases, I am being deprived of my legal rights, my cases are always heard by the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court.
