Former Federal Minister Asad Umar has said that the news of my arrest was wrong, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had not arrested me.
In a special conversation with Geo News, Asad Umar said that he has come to the court in the case of Cipher, and has filed pre-arrest bail in the Cipher case.
He said that two investigations have been conducted on the cipher case, he will be proved clean on the cipher case.
It should be noted that the news was circulating two days ago that Asad Umar has been arrested in the cipher case.
In this regard, FIA sources said that Asad Umar has been interrogated, not formally arrested, he was interrogated in the cipher case.
It should be noted that in the cipher missing case, an official secret act case was registered against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman and Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi and other leaders.
The case was registered under Section 5, 9 PPC Section 34 of the Serious Official Secrets Act, 1923 at the behest of the Home Secretary.
