John Kirby, adviser to the National Security Council of the United States, has said that the cluster weapons provided by the United States are in the hands of Ukraine.
In his statement, he said that Ukraine is effectively using cluster weapons in the war against Russia.
John Kirby further said that the use of cluster weapons is affecting Russia’s defense strategy.
According to the news agency, cluster weapons are banned in more than 100 countries of the world.
