Second phase of Khalistan referendum in Canada, voting in Malton, Ontario, thousands of people participate

Voting for the second phase of the Khalistan Referendum in Canada was held in Malton, Ontario under the auspices of Sikhs for Justice.

According to reports from Ontario, voting began at 9:00 a.m. local time in Canada. Thousands of people participated in the referendum conducted by the Punjab Referendum Commission.

This is the first referendum vote in Canada since the assassination of Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Nagar. Hardeep Singh Nagar was the Chief Coordinator of the Khalistan Chapter in Canada.

India’s efforts to stop the Sikh referendum in Malton, Ontario also failed.

India was disappointed by the local government’s refusal to obstruct the democratic process.

Earlier, India has protested to the Canadian government for holding the referendum.
