Former Chief Minister of Occupied Kashmir Mehbooba Mufti has said that she wanted to go to the Martyr’s Graveyard but she was put under house arrest.

In her statement issued from Srinagar on Kashmir Martyrs’ Day, Mehbooba Mufti said that the Indian government is saying in the Supreme Court that everything is fine in Kashmir. The Indian government is justifying the violation of Article 370 by explaining the situation in Kashmir.

Mehbooba Mufti said that those who sacrificed their lives for democracy in Jammu and Kashmir will always be remembered.

The former Chief Minister of Occupied Kashmir said that India will not be allowed to distort the history of Kashmir or forget its heroes.

He saluted those who fought bravely till the end against the usurpers on Martyrs’ Day.
