Petitioner Aoon Chaudhry filed a chamber appeal against the registrar’s objections to the petition to ban Tehreek-e-Insaaf in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
Aoon Chaudhry has appealed in his application that the order of the Registrar’s Office to return the application on July 10 should be annulled.
He has requested that the application be allotted a number and fixed for hearing, the objections raised by the Registrar on the application are unnecessary.
It should be noted that the Registrar’s Office of the Supreme Court had returned Aoon Chaudhry’s application with objections.
Aun Chaudhry had requested the Supreme Court to ban PTI.
In this petition of Aun Chaudhry, the position was adopted that the Supreme Court had laid down the principle in the Justice Qazi Faiz Isa reference case that the public office holder is accountable.
Petitioner Aoon Chaudhry had taken a position that the request to ban Tehreek-e-Insaaf is admissible, Chairman PTI made hateful speeches in the context of May 9 incidents.
In his petition, Aoun Chaudhry argued that the Supreme Court had issued a notice to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Defense Minister in the case against the military courts.
