Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Asad Umar appeared before the head of the JIT in connection with the May 9 incidents and the investigation of the cases.

According to the police, Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Asad Umar were asked questions related to May 9.
Police said digital and forensic evidence of the May 9 incidents were placed before the two leaders.
The police also said that the two leaders recorded their answers to the questions.
Talking to the media, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the head of JIT asked some questions and asked what was your role? I replied that we had no role nor were we involved.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that it is not appropriate to bring the questions and points of the investigation to the media.
On this occasion, Asad Umar said that the police asked about May 9, we told as much information as we had.
It should be noted that today the anti-terrorism court of Lahore had ordered Asad Umar and Shah Mahmood Qureshi to be involved in the investigation of the incident that took place on May 9.
