Karachi: A father killed his son who testified against him near Rasool Bakhsh Goth Bismillah Hotel in Manghopir area.
The deceased had testified against his father for stealing a buffalo, on which the father hit an iron rod on his head during a quarrel in the house which proved fatal, the killer father escaped from the spot.
According to the spokesperson of Karachi Police, the deceased youth was identified as 18-year-old Zulfikar Chandio son of Gul Hassan Chandio, the deceased was the second among 4 brothers while he was working as a watchman and was unmarried. Sindh was from Mehr.
According to the police, the brothers of the deceased said that Zulfikar was hit on the head with an iron rod by his father Gul Hasan during the quarrel, which proved to be fatal. Later, the police reached the spot and shifted the body to the hospital after taking legal action. After the incident, the accused managed to escape from the spot.
The deceased’s brothers said that someone’s buffalo was stolen in the area, on which the deceased testified against his father that the buffalo was stolen and sold by his father, on which his father became angry and killed his son. killed
