In the Tosha Khana case, the session court of Islamabad summoned the Chairman PTI yesterday in his personal capacity.
The Tosha Khana case was heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar.
Additional Sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar issued a summary judgment for today’s hearing.
In the short decision of the Sessions Court, it is said that Sher Afzal Marwat asked to fix the hearing at 11:30, at 11:30 Sher Afzal Marwat said that Khawaja Haris will appear in court.
In the short judgment, it is said that Election Commission’s lawyer and lawyer Gohar Ali Khan appeared in the court after some time, lawyer Gohar Ali Khan said that Khawaja Haris is not available in Lahore due to personal engagements.
The Sessions Court in its brief judgment said that applications were filed for adjournment of the hearing and exemption from the attendance of Chairman PTI.
In the brief decision, the session court says that lawyer Gohar Ali Khan requested to postpone the hearing till July 10, while the lawyer of the Election Commission opposed the request to postpone the hearing.
The session court has said in a short decision that the Election Commission’s lawyer said that the Islamabad High Court has asked for a decision in 7 days.
In the short judgment, it is said that the request for exemption from the presence of Chairman PTI is accepted, lawyer Gauhar Ali Khan assures that Chairman PTI will appear in the next hearing.
The session court summoned Chairman PTI yesterday in personal capacity, ordered Khawaja Haris to appear tomorrow.
The session court of Islamabad adjourned the Tosha Khana case hearing till tomorrow.
