Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan said in its position on the bill related to the privileges of the Chairman Senate that such measures are not appropriate in the economic crisis the country is going through.
The spokesperson of MQM from Karachi further said that the privileges which are already being given to the country’s elite should be revised. Public representatives should enact legislation to bring reforms in the government system.
Spokesperson MQM said that agricultural tax should be implemented immediately to support the country’s economy. Relief should be given to the salaried class.
Spokesman MQM said that corruption in government institutions is causing the biggest damage to the country’s economy. If you calculate the bribery in the government institutions of Sindh, then the deficit of the country’s budget will be met.
The spokesperson said that many mafias and systems are working in Sindh which are licking the economic hub like termites.
