Chairman PTI handed over the request to the Chief Commissioner for the transfer of the Judicial Commission of the Sessions Court of Islamabad.
Chairman PTI’s lawyer Barrister Gauhar has applied to the Chief Commissioner on the instructions of the Islamabad High Court.
The petition has requested that the Sessions Court be shifted to the Judicial Complex for a day today, bail applications are to be filed in 9 cases.
It has been stated in the application that there is a security threat in F8 Court, the Islamabad High Court has directed to give the application to the Chief Commissioner.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq had directed PTI Chairman to submit an application to the Chief Commissioner in this regard and said that the court tells the Chief Commissioner, he will do it.
He directed that the petitioner’s lawyers will submit an application to the Chief Commissioner today, the Chief Commissioner will take a decision on the application.
Chief Justice Aamir Farooq told Chairman PTI that they are dealing with this application now, if a decision comes against you on your application, you can file the application again.
