Karachi: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif called the arrival of the first oil ship from Russia to Karachi as a new beginning of the relationship between the two countries.
The Prime Minister said in his tweet that today is the day of change, we have fulfilled one of our promises to the nation, I am happy to announce that a ship full of crude oil from Russia at a discounted price has reached Karachi. And the delivery of oil will start from tomorrow.
Shahbaz Sharif said that this is the first oil ship coming from Russia in the history of Pakistan, which is the beginning of new relations between the Russian Federation and Pakistan.

Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that we are taking appropriate steps at the right time for the country’s prosperity, economic development, energy security and supply of energy at reasonable prices.
The Minister said that I pay tribute to all those who were part of this national effort and the implementation of the promise of bringing oil from Russia to Pakistan.
