Arshad Sharif's wife submitted a written reply in the Supreme Court

Islamabad: Jawaria Arshad, the second wife of the slain journalist in Arshad Sharif’s suicide case, submitted a written reply in the Supreme Court.

In the written response, referring to various UN resolutions and international laws, a stand has been taken that Pakistan has a right to Kenya in the light of international laws and UN resolutions.

The written response submitted to the Supreme Court further states that Kenya’s non-compliance with international laws can be complained to the relevant forum, as there are laws to prevent crimes committed in other states under the plan. .

Jawaria Arshad wrote in his written reply that both Pakistan and Kenya have recognized the international laws in this regard, violation of international laws can be referred to other forums including the United Nations.

A special larger bench of the Supreme Court will hear the Arshad Sharif murder case on June 13.
