The Lahore High Court directed Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ejaz Chaudhry to write a letter to the Home Secretary to give B class in jail.
In the Lahore High Court, a hearing was held on the petition to give B class in jail to Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ijaz Chaudhry.
On this occasion, the prison authorities said that they allowed the delivery of food and medicine from the house on the orders of the Anti-Terrorism Court.
Jail officials said that the jail has no authority to give B class, only the home department can give B class.
The court adjourned the hearing on the petition till June 16, directing the jail authorities to write to the Home Secretary for written permission.
It should be noted that PTI Senator Ijaz Chaudhry was detained again soon after his release from Adiala Jail.
