The van of a private university was looted by robbers in Golestan Johar area of Karachi. The robbers threw away the key of the van and continued to commit the crime for 15 minutes.
University students and teachers were in the van from whom mobile phones and cash were taken away.
The robbers took the students and teachers hostage in the van and stole mobile phones, cash and other items and fled.
According to students and teachers, the incident was done by two robbers on a motorcycle.
According to the police, the people in the van have not yet contacted the local police. The police had reached the place of the incident on the information of 15.
When the police arrived, the van and its occupants were not present at the spot, attempts are being made to contact the occupants of the van.
