Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that a review petition will be filed against Nawaz Sharif’s lifelong disqualification and removal from the party presidency.
He said that Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta will request Bandial not to listen to it.
Rana Sanaullah further said that Nawaz Sharif’s coming to Pakistan is subject to his health and the election, the elections will be held in October, God willing.
It should be noted that those disqualified under 184/3 in the past, including former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and former PTI leader Jahangir Tareen, have got the right to appeal.
In this regard, a gazette notification of the implementation of the Supreme Court Review of Judgments and Orders Act has been issued, under the Act 184/3 judgments will be heard by a larger bench of the Supreme Court.
