Provincial Minister and People’s Party Karachi President Saeed Ghani has said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) arrested from Karachi have been released.
Earlier, senior leader of PTI Sindh, Haleem Adil Shaikh, had released a video message on his elected local body representatives being prevented from taking oath.
He said that our chairman was arrested in Chinesar Goth, while arrests were made after swearing in South district.
According to PTI Karachi spokesperson, 2 more of our local representatives have been detained from Saddar Town.
According to the spokesperson, Chairman Mohammad Salman was arrested from UC 8 and Wasim Shirazi was arrested from UC 6.
The spokesperson said that the two elected representatives were arrested by the police after taking the oath.
