New Delhi: A 16-year-old boy died of a heart attack in the Indian state of Telangana on the same day as the boy’s birthday.
According to Indian media, a video of a hospital in Kalingana state is going viral in which heartbroken parents are cutting a birthday cake from their son’s dead body. The 10th standard student had gone to the market to buy his birthday supplies when he suffered a heart attack.
The young boy was brought to Manchiriyal Government Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment. Unfortunately, when the parents reached the hospital with the birthday cake, their son was dead.
In the video, it can be seen that the son’s body is on the hospital bed and the parents are holding his hand and cutting the cake. The parents wished themselves and their son’s body a happy birthday.
