Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee Chairman Najam Sethi has said that India created the problem by refusing to play in Pakistan.

While giving an interview to the Indian media, Najam Sethi said that our government can also accuse India of inciting terrorism.

He said that since 2008 till now there has been improvement in both countries regarding terrorism, in 2009 when Sri Lanka was attacked, after that full international cricket has returned.

Najam Sethi says that both the governments of Pakistan and India can blame each other, now one has to go ahead and play, the situation in Pakistan is very good.

The chairman of the management committee said that for four years cricket has been happening continuously in Pakistan, riots had also happened in Delhi, so was this city unsafe, when Imran Khan was on the streets, the New Zealand team was playing cricket.

He says that the situation in Pakistan is somewhat up and down, but things will improve in September. If the Indian government stops its team from coming to Pakistan, the Pakistan government will also do the same.

He said that we will play anywhere in India but first the Asia Cup is on the model that we have suggested, I think it should be decided soon how the Asia Cup is to be held.

Najam Sethi says that discussions regarding the Asia Cup are going on, nothing has been heard from Jay Shah, we have solved many problems.

PCB Management Committee Chairman said that we are the host of Asia Cup, ACC will also ask us about venues, Jay Shah wants to play Asia Cup at neutral venue, we want it to be in Pakistan.

He also says that we have given a hybrid formula, four matches should be played in Pakistan and the remaining matches at another venue. If this formula is accepted, then there will be no problem for the World Cup.
