Internet service could not be fully restored in Karachi even after 3 days.
Social media sites on the internet are still not working in different areas of the city due to which the users are facing difficulties.
Yesterday, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) confirmed that internet service has been restored across the country.
According to PTA, Internet services were closed for three days on the instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
It may be recalled that following the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan in the Al-Qadir Trust case, there were violent protests across the country after which Internet services were shut down on the instructions of the Ministry of Interior.
