PTI Chairman Imran Khan will appear in the Islamabad High Court today at 11 am, he has been directed to appear by the Supreme Court.
Yesterday, the Supreme Court declared the arrest of former Prime Minister and PTI chief Imran Khan illegal in the Al-Qadir Trust case, but also rejected the request to go to Bani Gala.
Imran Khan was made a guest in the police guest house, the Chief Justice said in his remarks that you can spend the night in the guest house, gossip, go to sleep, appear in the court in the morning, you can have 6 family members together.
The Chief Justice said that whatever the decision of the Islamabad High Court is, you have to accept it.
It should be noted that the Islamabad High Court declared Imran Khan’s arrest legal.
Apart from this, an extraordinary security plan has been prepared to keep public peace under control on the occasion of Imran Khan’s appearance.
Troops of police and rangers will be deployed outside the Islamabad High Court, and military personnel will also accompany them when necessary.
No unauthorized person shall be allowed to enter the High Court on the occasion of appearance.
On the other hand, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah says that if Imran Khan gets bail in all the cases in the morning, it will be fine, otherwise he will be arrested again today.
Rana Sana said that the facilitation of Imran Khan is being done by the people sitting in the highest positions of the country and foreign actors are also involved in it.
