Karachi: Mohamaka School Education has taken notice of the closure of schools in Sindh, including Karachi, without government directives.
In this connection, the management of private schools across Sindh has been warned to open the schools as usual on May 11 (Thursday) and continue their academic activities, otherwise they will be disciplined under the Registration Act. Action will be taken and registration will be cancelled.
According to the announcement of the Sindh Ministry of Education, under the post issued by the Registrar of the Directorate of Private Institutions Sindh, Prof. Rafia Mallah, the management of the private schools are bound to run the educational institutions as usual.
In the notification, it has been said with reference to the education minister that in case of self-decision to forcefully close the schools as directed by Sardar Shah, the registration of these schools will be cancelled.
It should be noted that due to the law and order situation in Karachi after the arrest of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, the administrations of many well-known and large private schools closed their institutions on May 10.
