US State Department spokesperson Vedant Patel has said that they will support any government in Pakistan that reflects the will of the Pakistani people.
During a press briefing in Washington, the spokesperson of the US State Department said that we will definitely not say anything on the internal or domestic politics of Pakistan.
He added that the Commission on International Religious Freedom is an independent US commission that provides policy recommendations to the President, Secretary of State and Congress.
Vedanta Patel said that governments or other organizations that have questions or comments about the report should contact the commission directly.
It should be noted that the American Commission on International Religious Freedom in its annual report has pointed out the mistreatment of Muslims and Christians in India.
