Riyadh: Saudi Arabia evacuated 150 people, including Pakistanis, trapped in civil war-stricken Sudan.

According to the statement issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on the order of the Saudi leadership, Saudi citizens as well as diplomats, officials and citizens of other countries and friendly countries have been safely evacuated from Sudan.

According to the statement, apart from the Saudi nationals, the 66 people who were safely evacuated from Sudan include citizens of Pakistan, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Tunisia, India, Bulgaria, Bangladesh, Philippines, Canada and Burkina Faso. .

The Saudi Navy and other branches of the armed forces participated in the rescue operation.
