The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the new T20 player rankings, with Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan in their respective positions.
India’s Surya Kumar Yadav is at number one, while Mohammad Rizwan is second and Babar Azam is still at number three.
Iftikhar Ahmed, the middle order batsman of the national team, has improved by 10 places in the ranking and has now reached the 44th position.
In the bowlers ranking, Shaheen Shah Afridi moved up by one rank to 15th place, while Haris Rauf and Kiwi bowler Ash Sodhi moved up by 5 and 5 places to 11th and 16th respectively.
National team spinner Shadab Khan is at the 13th position in this list.
Australia’s Marence Labushin remains at the top position among Test batsmen, while national team captain Babar Azam is at the 5th position in this list.
India’s Ravichandran Ashwin remains number one in bowling.
