A petition was filed in the Supreme Court of Pakistan to dismiss President Dr. Arif Alvi from office.
This petition to dismiss the President has been filed by the citizen Chaudhry Muhammad Imtiaz.
It has been requested in the petition that Dr. Arif Alvi is no longer eligible for the post of President, the Supreme Court should immediately remove the President from the post.
The petitioner has taken the position that the President is affiliated and biased towards a political party, he did not approve the government legislation at the behest of the chairman of the political party.
