During the last decade of Ramadan, a unique record of more than 1 million pilgrims and pilgrims has been established in Masjid al-Haram (Makkah).
On the night of Saturday 25th of Ramadan, 1.246 million (about twelve and a half lakh) Umrah pilgrims were present in Masjid Haram. Thus, in this Ramadan, an extraordinary number of people came to worship at Masjid Haram.
However, this year an extraordinary number of people have reached Masjid Haram. The arrival of 21 million people was noted in the first 20 days of Ramadan.
Whereas, during the last 10 days, a maximum of one million people attended Masjid Haram, which is a record.
