Lahore: The head of JIT has stated in the court that Imran Khan’s arrest is not required in the cases of rape, Zal Shah murder and police violence.
The hearing on the application of interim bails in the three cases by Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan was held in the Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore, during which the lawyer of Imran Khan withdrew the interim bail from the arson case.
The head of JIT gave a statement in the court that the arrest of Imran Khan in the arson case is not required. Imran Khan’s lawyer told the court that we have joined the investigation.
During the hearing, the distinguished judge remarked that there is no difference between Hamida Kumhar and Imran Khan. The relief I will give to Imran Khan, I will give to Hamida Kumhar. For me both are equal.
