A complaint was filed in the Supreme Judicial Council against 4 judges including Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Atta Bandial.
A complaint has been filed against Chief Justice Umar Attabandial, Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Ijazul Hassan while another complaint has been filed against Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi.
The complaint against the four judges has been filed by Sardar Salman Dogar Advocate.
It has been argued in the petition that all four judges, including Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial, were guilty of misconduct, all four judges violated Article 209.
It is also stated in the petition that the judges in the case of Ghulam Mahmood Dogar and provincial elections have misbehaved.
Copies of the complaint were also sent to other members of the Supreme Judicial Council.
