Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Fawad Chaudhry has said that the President has taken the right decision by returning the bill.
In his statement, Fawad Chaudhry said that this bill will become a law or not? The Supreme Court has to decide.
He further said that the nation stands with the judges, dialogue is the only way through which issues can be resolved on the election.
It should be remembered that President Arif Alvi has sent the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) Bill 2023 back to Parliament for revision under Article 75 of the Constitution.
The president said that in hindsight this bill is beyond the power of the parliament, the bill can be challenged in the court if it is legally artificial and insufficient.
