Supreme Court judge Justice Qazi Faiz Isa issued a detailed note in the case of 20 additional numbers of Hafiz Quran.

In his judgement, Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that decisions emanating from a courtroom shrouded in the fog of arrogant dictatorship cannot abrogate the Constitution.
In the judgment, it was written that the March 29 order in automatic notice No. 4/2022 cannot cancel the April 4 note.
The judgment further said that Ishrat Ali is an employee of the federal government, he was sent on deputation as a registrar to the Supreme Court.
The judgment said that on April 3, the federal government through a notification recalled Ishrat Ali and ordered her to report to the Establishment Division immediately.
Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, in a detailed note, said that Ishrat Ali refused to comply with the order of the federal government.
