Lahore: On the special instructions of the Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Naqvi and IG Punjab, more simplifications have been made in the licensing procedure under which citizens from any corner of the country will now be able to get a driving license from Lahore.
Millions of ID holders from other districts and provinces will be able to avail license facilities from Lahore, while foreigners from other countries will also be able to get licenses from Lahore.
Before this, only Lahore ID card holders were able to get a license from Lahore.
For learner permit visit any license center with citizen ID card and a valid, after 42 days of learner permit sign and road test will be taken to get permanent license.
For the convenience and convenience of citizens, Liberty Market and Manawan Center have been made 24/7 while Arfa Karim Testing Center, Greater Iqbal, Defense Center and Bahria Town are providing license services from 08 AM to 12 PM.
03 mobile vans, 23 license centers and 06 testing centers have been set up in the city. CTO Lahore says that providing licenses on merit and in a dignified manner is the top priority.
