Karachi: The meteorological department has predicted light rain in the city of Quaid.
According to the ongoing forecast of the Early Warning Center of the Meteorological Department, a fresh set of westerly winds continues to affect the region, as a result of which light rain and drizzle are expected in different parts of the city today with thundershowers in the morning.
According to the Meteorological Department, the districts of Tharparkar, Badin, Thatth, Mirpurkhas, Sajawal, Tando Mohammad Khan in rural Sindh may also experience light rain and drizzle while Jacobabad, Qamber Shahdad Kot, Shikarpur, Larkana, Dadu, Jamshoro, Sukkur, Ghotki, Kashmore, Shikarpur, Sanghar are likely to receive light to moderate rain with thunder.
According to the Department of Meteorology, the maximum temperature of the city on Wednesday was 31.2 degrees while the air humidity was 59 percent. Friday is expected to be sunny in the city most of the time.
