Karachi: A father of four children was shot dead during a robbery incident in Korangi Zaman town.
The CCTV footage of the incident has come to light, in which it can be seen that the armed accused killed Muhammad Haseeb without any resistance after taking the money and mobile phone. The deceased was employed at a pizza shop in Clifton.
During the robbery incident in Zaman Town police station area of Korangi 11C, unknown armed suspects shot and killed 35-year-old Muhammad Haseeb son of Muhammad Hussain and ran away after looting.
The CTV footage of the incident has come to light, in which the deceased Mohammad Haseeb can be seen standing in front of the chickpea stall on a motorcycle.
At the same time, 2 suspects come riding a motorcycle, one of the accused is wearing a helmet and the other is wearing a cap.
The accused snatches 75 thousand rupees and a mobile phone from the deceased Muhammad Haseeb and while running away, he fires at the accused Muhammad Haseeb wearing a helmet, as a result of which Muhammad Haseeb is seriously injured and he dies on the way to the hospital.
The deceased Mohammad Haseeb was a resident of Korangi Sector 3 near Kashif Batti Wale Hotel, a father of 4 children and employed at a pizza shop in Clifton.
According to the family of the deceased, Muhammad Haseeb had stopped to eat chickpeas on the way after dropping off his daughter’s tuition, at the same time the armed suspects shot and killed him after taking away the money and mobile phone.
Muhammad Haseeb had withdrawn money from the ATM machine along with his wife before leaving his daughter for tuition, after which the deceased left his wife at home and went out to take his daughter for tuition.
When contacted, Zaman Town Police said that a case of murder has not been registered so far, if the family of the victim contacts the police, the accused will be arrested.
