The Meteorological Department has predicted that it will be partly cloudy in Peshawar today due to which the chances of moon sighting are very low.
A meeting of the Central Royat Hilal Committee is being held today in Peshawar to see the moon of Ramadan.
The meeting has been convened at Awqaf Hall Peshawar after Asr prayer, while the chairman of the Central Viewing Hilal Committee, Maulana Syed Abdul Khabir Azad, will preside over the meeting.
On the other hand, the moon of Ramadan was not seen in Saudi Arabia, the first of Ramadan will be on Thursday, March 23.
The moon of Ramadan has not been seen in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Palestine.
The first fast in Britain will also be on Thursday.
