Lahore: In the context of the Zaman Park police operation, PTI has filed a registration case application against Maryam Nawaz, Rana Sana and others.
According to Express News, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has arrested PML-N Senior Vice President and Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz, Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, on the operation conducted by the police at Zaman Park, the residence of Chairman PTI Imran Khan in Lahore. A request has been filed to register a case against IG Punjab, CCPO and others in police station Race course.
On the other hand, the Race Course police station has refused to register a case, on which the petitioner has filed an application under 22A and 22B in the Sessions Court, in which it has been argued that the IG Punjab, Zaman Park Operation Maryam Nawaz. And did it on the order of Rana Sanaullah. The sanctity of chador and four walls was violated by conducting Zaman Park operation.
It has been stated in the petition that the police was requested to register a case on the incident but the case was not registered. The court ordered to register a case against Maryam Nawaz, Rana Sanaullah and others.
