Petitioners in the Islamabad High Court’s disqualification case for hiding their alleged daughter brought 12 new documents against Chairman PTI Imran Khan.
A 138-page detailed application for placing new documents on record has been submitted to the court.
The petition also requests that a copy of the California court judgment be made part of the record.
The complete record of Sher Afgan Niazi and Farooq Sattar cases against Imran Khan has been included in the documents.
The documents also include copies of the affidavit given by Imran Khan to the Election Commission.
It has been requested to keep the gazette notification of success in 7 seats in the by-election also on record.
The petitioner has taken the stand that Imran Khan won 7 seats in the by-elections, the Election Commission has issued a notification of the victory of Imran Khan from NA-45 Karam, due to recent developments, it is necessary to amend the petition.
The petitioner also says that despite the amendment in the petition, there will be no change in the nature of the case, Imran Khan did not mention Terrian Jade White in the recent nomination papers as well.
