Karachi: The anti-narcotics force seized 43 kilograms of hashish and one kilogram of ice from a container being shipped abroad at Port Qasim.
According to the spokesperson of ANF, the series of operations against narcotics is continuing, in this context, a major operation was carried out at Port Qasim on a tip-off, during which 43 kilograms of hashish and one kilogram of ice were recovered during the search of a container destined for Dubai.
The drugs in the container were skillfully hidden in the machinery, while according to the spokesperson of ANF, an attempt to smuggle drugs from Quetta to Punjab failed during which 50 kg of hashish was recovered from the accused.
He said that the drug was hidden in a fruit carton. Besides, during the operation near Faisal Town area of Lahore, 3 kg 600 grams of ice was recovered from the custody of the woman.
