Awami National Party (ANP) chief Asfandyar Wali Khan says that morally they should step down from the bench after objections were raised against honorable judges.
In his statement, he said that if the Supreme Court really wants to give judgments based on justice, then the bench should be changed or a full court should be formed.
He said that it is a pity that even his organization did not take notice of the alleged audio of a judge.
Asfandyar Wali said that in the current situation, there is an impression that the judiciary is standing with a certain party, this impression should be removed.
He further said that it is surprising not to make the most senior judge Justice Qazi Faiz Isa a part of the bench.
