Lahore: CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mahmood Dogar decided to approach the court after not getting the charge.
According to Express News, despite the order and notification of the Supreme Court, the caretaker government did not charge Ghulam Mehmood Dogar even after 7 days and instructed another officer to continue the responsibility in his place.
On this, Ghulam Mahmood Dogar decided to approach the court and told that the Chief Secretary and IG staff apologized for taking the document, in such a situation I will have to go to the court again.

It should be noted that the Supreme Court of Pakistan invalidated the transfer of CCPO Lahore Ghulam Mahmood Dogar and ordered his reinstatement.
The Supreme Court had remarked that the order of Ghulam Mahmood Dogar was against the law. The order for the transfer of Ghulam Mahmood Dogar was first given verbally and then in writing. The court had rejected the plea of the Election Commission for more time to submit records on transfer postings while reinstating former CCPO Ghulam Mehmood Dogar.
