Lahore: PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said that the Punjab Police has shifted the arrested leaders and workers from Lahore to distant jails, where we will now raise our protest.
The PTI leaders who were arrested in Lahore a day ago under the Jail Bharu Movement were transferred to remote jails of the province. According to the sources, 24 leaders and activists arrested from Lahore were transferred to Leh Jail, while 24 were transferred to Bhakkar and 25 were transferred to Rajanpur Central Jail.

PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi was transferred to Attock, Azam Swati to Rahim Yar Khan, Murad Ras to DG Khan, Waleed Iqbal to Leah, Umar Sarfaraz Cheema to Bhakkar while Asad Umar was transferred to Rajanpur Central Jail.

On the other hand, the families of PTI leaders filed a petition in the Lahore High Court against the arrest.
