Due to the departure of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, his entire cause list today has been cancelled, including the contempt of court case against Justice Babar Sattar on social media.
A three-member larger bench headed by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani was scheduled to hear today. The next date of the contempt case will be released later.
According to sources, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani is on leave today due to ill health. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani was also on leave yesterday due to unwellness due to which his cause list was canceled the previous day as well.
