The district court sentenced the criminal who killed nine people by shooting in Jirga in 1992 to life imprisonment 9 times.
According to Express News, Jamshed, the criminal arrested in the murder case of nine persons, was heard in front of Additional District and Sessions Judge Bakht Alam in Jirga.
According to the prosecution, criminal Jamshed opened fire during a Jirga 32 years ago in 1992, as a result of which nine people were killed. The criminal remained in hiding for a long time, in 2018 the police detained him, the police completed the investigation and started the trial against the criminal.
Today, during the court trial, the criminal was found guilty, on which the court sentenced the criminal to nine terms of life imprisonment and a fine of 27 lakh rupees.
It should be noted that the court had declared Jamshed, named in the case, as a fugitive and his permanent arrest warrant had also been issued.
